Pay: $18.00 per hour

• Medical benefit options after 60 days of working full-time hours

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have 3 months of experience in a long term care facility (e.g. assisted living facility, nursing home, rehab, hospice...etc.) HOME HEALTH is NOT an acceptable alternative
• Must be certified with an active license

• Must be reliable, on time, and work a full shift. Call offs are taken seriously.
