Cloud Architect

Job Title:  Cloud Architect

Location:  Tampa, FL

Travel:  Possible multiple OCONUS deployments per year up to 4 months in duration which may include travel to hostile fire areas

Security Clearance:  TS/SCI 

Quiet Professionals, LLC is seeking a Cloud Architect to work in Tampa, FL on a DoD forensics contract supporting U.S. Military Special Operations and other government agencies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Azure Cloud Architect:
  • Manage cloud resources (Linux and Windows servers, memory, network) to maintain performance and adjust to additional requirements and growth
  • Provide required security controls, perform spill analysis, manage intrusion detection
  • Maintain SLAs
• Migrate existing COTS and GOTS applications to the Azure Cloud (SaaS), including:
  • Esri
  • Microsoft Office
  • Google Earth EC
  • EnCase
  • IIS
  • SQL Server
• Troubleshoot network-related issues:
  • Intra-cloud bottlenecks
  • Troubleshoot Cloud to Cisco performance and security issues
• Support web developers with architecture guidance, resources
• Support forensic analysts with IS guidance, resources
• Support SharePoint developers with access to cloud resources 

Requirements:

• Requires relocation to or residence in the Tampa, FL area
• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance
• Able to deploy OCONUS, if necessary, to hostile fire areas
• 2+ Years of Azure cloud management experience
• 3+ years experience as an on-prem system architect

Preferred:

• 2+ years experience with multi-tiered application development
• 2+ years IL 4 and 5 experience
• IIS performance tuning
• Familiarity with Collected Exploitable Materials (CEM) operations and data sources
• Familiarity with SOF reporting and operations to include biometrics and Identity Operations
• Experience in the application of standard DOD STIG packages and remediation of functional or performance issues
