The person best suited for this position will be experienced in running clinical trials, especially with regards to recruitment and enrollment activities. You should be able to review known data for potential subjects, and confirm eligibility against pre-set inclusion and exclusion criteria, using standard communications pathways, obtain informed consents as required, and complete enrollment activities for subjects. Should also be able to track and document activities and manage enrollment goals while proactively communicating to leadership on areas to improve the process based on both experience and known best practices.
