Seeking to hire two (2) Hospital Nurse Liaisons: One position to cover North Jersey/Manhattan area and another position for South Jersey/Philadelphia area. The Hospital Nurse Liaison will provide leadership in marketing, sales, and strategic planning initiatives, and be responsible for creating lasting relationships within the community and the overall day-to-day management of the business.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Must be a REGISTERED NURSE (RN) with PEDIATRIC experience
Experience developing relationships in a community setting
Strong leadership skills, organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation/communication skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Bachelor’s degree
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze and react to the potential of the company’s service area to determine target markets
Complete an analysis of the company’s product line to understand potential growth areas
Develop marketing and sales objectives and forecast sales projections
Develop a marketing plan, identify priorities, and set a reasonable timetable for achievement
Maintain a close relationship with various hospitals, subacute rehabs and community services
Assist with the development of new referrals for the company
Participate in various marketing functions
