Client Support Representative-Call Center

Position: Client Support Representative-Call Center
Location: South Jordan, UT 84095
Pay rate: $19.17/hr on W2  

Note: This role can be onsite or work from home based on client requirements.

Qualification: (any one of the below)

• High School Graduate with strong experience in customer service and handling a high volume of calls

• Recent Bachelors Degree holder with a couple of years or without any experience can apply for this role.

• Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on client accounts. Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Functional support areas include client Cash Management products and services, client Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financially related inquiries. Successful applicants will be highly professional, career-driven, and committed to World-Class Service.
• Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center.
