Position: Client Support Representative-Call Center
Location: Columbus, OH 43219
Rate: $19.17 an hour

Job Description:

Client Facing Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on client accounts. Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Functional support areas include client Cash Management products and services, client Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries. Successful applicants will be highly professional, career-driven, and committed to World-Class Service.  

Qualifications (any one of the below qualification):
 

• Recent Bachelors Degree Graduate willing to work for a call center and Interested pursue a career in a top financial service organization with high growth.

• Minimum associates degree with prior call center experience in a financial services domain.
