As a Client and User Support Agent you will be providing a premium customer service experience by providing light technical and customer support for our users while supporting a NEW and one of the most innovative Human Resources Technology Platforms in the U.S. Client and User Support Agents provide a quicker, more personal customer service experience compared to industry competitors.

Education/Experience:
Knowledge and ability to use various online platforms (for example: Slack, Zoom, zendesk, gmail, etc) to interact with customers
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Effective listening skills
Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good
Multi-tasking capabilities
Preferred: Working experience within the STAFFING INDUSTRY or JOB BOARD INDUSTRY.
Essential Skills:
Deliver service and support to end-users
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
Diagnose and resolve LIGHT technical issues (we have an IT team)
Research required information using available resources
Follow standard processes and procedures
Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications
Redirect problems to appropriate resource
Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software
Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business
Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations
Follow up and make scheduled call backs to users where necessary
Stay current with system information, changes and updates
Training to Users
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours)
Salary: $20.00 /hour

Customer Service: 4 years (Preferred)
Education:
Bachelor's or some college preferred
