The Facilities and Capital Projects division operates and maintains building systems, interior spaces, and building exteriors across Shoreline Community College’s 26 buildings, including an award-winning automotive training center, a visual arts building, computer centers, laboratories, a student center, a theater, a gymnasium, a child-care center, a multimedia center, and the Ray W. Howard Library/Technology Center. Under the general supervision of the Custodian Supervisor, this position is responsible for performing various housekeeping and custodial-related tasks, including routine, nightly cleaning of assigned areas.

This position is allocated to pay range 32 under the Washington State Department of Personnel Higher Education salary schedule. Salary placement for new employees is determined by the College. This position works 40 hours per week, with schedule dependent upon department needs. Hiring of this position is contingent on available funding as determined by the College President.
