Class A CDL Local Position

 

• Company Drivers Only *100% Loading/Unloading – mostly palatalized freight – they will use a pallet jack 
• Average 50 -55 hours/week-varies per terminal and needs of terminals as much as 60.
• Biweekly paychecks/direct deposit-every other Friday
• 90-day probationary period – no paid time off of any kind
• 3 PTO days (24 hrs) after 90 days, 40 hrs vacation at 1 year 
• Insurance effective 1st day of the month following 30 days of employment 
• Line Haul Positions start Mon Night and end Sat Morning. Typically less than 3 stops. Typically they travel to another terminal and do a trailer swap 1 to 2 times per night.
• City Drivers are M-F with 10+ stops per day. Mostly business to business deliveries, some/occasional residential.
• Some terminals have a rotating “on call” weekend shift, should we have freight that needs moving that weekend.

Both P& D and Line haul are home daily. Must be able to drive to terminal daily
All drivers must have 1  yrs of Tractor Trailer Exp. and prefer Hazmat already on CDL. But will give a solid driver 45 days to get

*$21.50/hour ***Straight Pay, NO Overtime Pay***  (Indianapolis ONLY starts at $23/hr) *Hazmat Endorsement required within 45 days of hire 
Local exp is okay.
