Civil Engineer PE - Transportation

Typical tasks to be performed include:

* Collecting and analyzing project data associated with roadway projects

* Performing calculations and notes for incorporation into plans

* Basic design of roadway, drainage and traffic features

* Development of plans, details and Opinions of Probable Costs

* Mentor students and EITs

* Exhibiting a keen interest in a high standard of quality and accuracy

* Visiting construction sites to observe progress and conformance to plans and specifications

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required

* Passed the Professional Engineer exam and can provide a PE #

* Ability to use Microstation and Geopak or OpenRoads
