Job Description

The Chief Operating Officer is a mission-focused, goal-oriented leader who works with the Chief Executive Officer and other Executive Team members to develop, plan, achieve and sustain measurable, cost-effective results that achieve the organization’s mission.

The individual selected is responsible for overseeing the daily operational and administrative functions of the organization, ensuring services that are:

• Efficient, effective and compliant with the accrediting agency, regulatory, and budgetary requirements,

• Continuously improving performance and outcomes

• Maximizing patient, referrer, and employee satisfaction,

• Effectively support business plan goals and organizational values.

Position Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree preferred, Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field required.

• Ten (10) years of experience in increasingly more responsible healthcare leadership positions.

• Experience or knowledge of mental health services a plus.

• Strong understanding of compliance, state and federal licensing, and regulatory agencies.

• Demonstrated organizational leadership skills: Strong collaboration skills. Effective leadership skills and the ability to build a strong team.
