Chief Estimator - Commercial Drywall/Steel Stud Framing

A renowned Commercial Drywall/Steel Stud Framing company, recognized nationally by trade publications as one of the top companies in the industry, is seeking a Chief Estimator. This key role is essential due to business growth, allowing current leadership to focus on other strategic areas. Known for its excellent employee care and family-like atmosphere, the company boasts a very low turnover rate and promotes from within.
 

• At least 15 years of experience estimating Commercial Drywall.
• Stable work history.
• Top-level knowledge of bid management and estimating software.
• Strong leadership skills.

• Oversee analysis of past project performance and establish estimating standards for future projects.
• Assist in the oversight of bid management and estimating software effectiveness.
• Establish standardized estimating methods and processes.
• Train other estimating personnel in standardized methods and processes.
• Have the final say on procedures, processes, techniques, and personnel decisions for assigned projects.

$150,000 – $250,000 per year
 

Azle, TX and surrounding Dallas and Fort Worth metro area.
