Updated proof of SC license/certification (if applicable)
Experience in Long Term Care should be within three months of applying.
Good organizational and communication skills
Dedication to professionalism (timeliness, attendance, appearance)
CPR
PPD or Chest X-Ray (PPD must have a second step that is within three months of hire)
Resume with a recounting of the past ten years
SLED check with no felonies
