As part of the Harvard Partners Health's Clinical Staffing Team, you will be trained and scheduled-in-advance to help facilities in your area meet their clinical staffing needs.
 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic daily living tasks like feeding patients, serving meals, turning, ambulating and positioning patients, and providing nourishment and fresh water in between meals.
• Check weight and vital signs, test urine and record intake and output information regularly to ensure that patients are stable between treatments.
• Adhere to all professional standards and , learn procedures and policies set by the facility
• Update educational and practical knowledge on a regular basis, stay up on professional publications, maintain licensing and participate in professional organizations that improve your quality of care.

Qualifications:

• Ability to build rapport with patients, good bedside manners
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Work well in teams and independently

Requirements:

• CNA course completion and current certification
• TB test documentation
• CPR/BLS certification
• Pass background checks
