Certified Lymphedema Therapist

Eminence Physical Therapy is seeking a Certified Lymphedema Therapist!

Will perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments in-home and in-clinic as needed. This is a PRN/Contract position.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Georgia 
• Must hold a certification as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) with at least 2 years experience treating lymphedema
• Dry needling certification preferred but not required
• Must have a valid Georgia Driver’s License
• Current CPR Certification (American Heart Association)
• Must provide your own Liability Insurance, Background Check, and Drug Screen
• Hours: PRN/Contract
• Pay: Paid per visit
• Hours: Flexible Scheduling
