Certified Life Coach - Work From Home

This is a 1099 remote, work from home contract position

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to our ethics and diversity code
• Comply with all established policies
• Proactively address developmental issues that impact client progress
• Create, present, and measure the progress toward established milestones
• Document interactions with clients and produce easy to read trend data
• Conduct daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly client sessions
• Aid clients in developing actionable goals
• Empower clients to make life-changing decisions by providing appropriate and specific evaluation, analysis and problem-solving techniques

Requirements:

• Dedicated PC/iMac/Laptop
• Personal smartphone access
• Ability to fluently communicate in English
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate
• BA in social sciences, social work, data analysis, psychology or similar relevant field
• Current coaching certification from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience in a professional client setting, within the past 4 years

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google products
• Must pass comprehensive background check and drug screen
