Thompson is looking for a Case Manager/Intensive In Home Specialist to help change the lives of youth and families by being part of our Intensive In Home Program. The Intensive in Home Specialist is as a member of a 3-person team, led by a licensed or provisionally licensed clinician, to provide direct and indirect intensive in-home services. The selected candidate will be responsible for: providing behavioral coaching to youth and families, teaching independent living skills and parenting skills training to help the family; as well as provide assistance with the implementation of home-based behavioral supports. The Intensive in Home Specialist will also be responsible for supporting basic needs of families such as making food referrals, helping with housing stability issues, etc. The Intensive in Home Specialist will work under the clinical direction of the Lead Therapist.
This position requires someone who is passionate about helping the community, understand the need for qualified mental health services, is a self-starter, assertive, disciplined, has great work ethics and is a great team player.
A valid driver’s license in the state of your residence, at least 3 years of driving with a driver’s license and clean driving record are required. All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test and an extensive background check is required. No calls please.
