Carpenter - Remodeler Full/Part TIme

Responsibilities:

• Looking for Finish and General Carpenter with Remodel Experience. . Must be able to keep up with a upbeat tempo and produce quality work. Willing to train if you are willing to Learn and work. 
   

  Job Type: Full-time, Part Time, and PRN

  Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, Weekends Available

• Experience:

• Trim carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
• Drywall repair
• Texture and texture match
• Finish carpentry – doors, windows, trim, baseboards, molding
• Exterior repairs – fascia, siding, stucco, soffits, fencing, porches, patios, decks
• Screens – screen repairs, aluminum, screen porch build outs, conversions
• Bathroom and kitchen remodels
• Flooring – wood, vinyl, laminate, and tile

• Additionally Valued Resources:

• General construction knowledge
• Owns necessary tools
• Posses a utilitarian work vehicle capable of transporting tools, materials, labor etc.. (Truck, Van, etc..)
• Smart phone and access to the internet
• Experience of 7+ years in remodeling or home repair trades (3-6 trade skills)
• Excellent customer service and sales skills (will train the right person)
• Estimating experience preferred (will train the right person)
• Driver's License (Transportations available depending on location)

• Requirements:

• Submit to a background check and provide references

Education

Preferred

• High School or better (not required)

Skills

• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to converse in English

• Team Player: Works well as a member of a group
