Assisting with personal care
Maintaining the medication schedule and ensuring clients take medicines on time
Providing companionship and emotional support
Serving meals and helping with feeding and shopping
Helping with preparing meals
Performing necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean living space
Transferring and transporting clients to and from activities and appointments
Following the individual service plan and reporting any changes or concerns
Performing basic first aid and emergency care during critical situations
