Certified as a School Counselor or eligible to be certified as a School Counselor
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
To promote student success, provide preventive services and respond to identified student needs by implementing a comprehensive school counseling program that addresses academic, career and personal/social development for all students. Consult and collaborate effectively with parents/guardians, teachers, Work Based Learning Coordinator, administrators, and other educational/community resources regarding student success.
SALARY/BENEFITS:
Starting salary $52,991 - $79,266 per year. Competitive pay and benefits based on BOCES Teachers’ Association (BTA) contract.
