The Care Advisor is responsible for developing business in their territory by establishing relationships with referral sources (ie. hospitals, assisted living communities, doctors) to market and promote Inspired SLO’s brand and services. The Care Advisor will also work with clients and their families to determine their care needs. Although the Care Advisor will primarily spend time in the field meeting with clients or visiting referral sources, this position also works closely with our Regional Care Coordinators to provide quality customer service and maintain constant and consistent coverage. As a primary marketing representative of Inspired SLO, professionalism and positive attitudes are a must. Although this position is focused on growing business in Sonoma County, we work as a team and there will be opportunities to develop additional markets and larger referral sources as well. Candidates will be based out of the Santa Rosa office but may occasionally drive to Marin, Napa, and other North Bay Areas when needed to meet with clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Promote the Inspired SLO brand and services
Create and maintain relationships with referral sources to provide consistent client referrals
Clearly communicate the nature of our services
Work with Inspired team to develop relationships with large multi-region referral sources
Collaborate with regional care coordinators
Help with signing up new clients
Provide quality customer service at all times
Follow all relevant Inspired SLO policies and procedures
Required Skills:
2 years professional marketing or sales experience with experience with older adult services preferred
Ability to use a windows based computer system and cloud software
Valid driver's license and ability to drive long distances
Upbeat personality and can-do attitude
Manage and prioritize a variety of tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
Work with a variety of people from many different backgrounds
Lift up to 30 pounds
Attention to detail and organized

Compensation:
