Must haves to be considered: Must have California Medical License Must be a Board Certified Anesthesiologist Must be fellowship trained in Cardiac or Critical Care - OR - possess a TEE certification Must have ATLS and DEA Start date: As soon as credentialed Credentialing: 30-60 days Work Hours: • Weekday: 12hr shifts – typically 7:00am to 7:00pm then 12 hours on call • Weekend Call – 24 hours On call is not required but preferred Practice Information • Case mix vary but majority will be cardiac • 6 Cardiologists, 2 Cardiothoracic Surgeons, 1 Vascular Surgeon, 2 Neurosurgeons • 2 Cardiac OR’s, 9 General OR’s • 3 Cardiac Cath Labs • 24/7 dedicated cardiac anesthesia team • 12-bed CVICU • Non-invasive cardiology areas • Cardiac Rehab Unit • Cardiac Experience is required All travel and lodging is paid for!
