Core Vision is a growing company which is expanding its expertise in Virtual Call Centers. We are looking to fill work from home positions to help companies with their Tech Support, Sales and Customer Relationships. We are a direct hire and all training is provided online!
Our Call Center Agent will be able to provide exceptional customer support in order to maintain relationships and increases overall trust and satisfaction. You will be the first contact for all HR Block, Spectrum or COX consumers. Calls, Contacts, Emails, and Chats are answered by an interactive voice response (IVR) (in the case of calls) and passed to a Customer Service Rep (CSR) who can answer questions, troubleshoot, upsell and resolve issues regarding HR Block, Spectrum or COX functionality--inclusive of home networking and connectivity issues--features, and usage, and direct consumers to the appropriate resources.
You will have the opportunity to truly make a difference in people’s lives! Experience in inbound and outbound is preferred. For qualified candidates we may provide a desktop computer. We also provide training if you are new to call center given that you have:
