The Customer Service Representative 1 (CSR1) is responsible for assisting and processing calls for the electrical and diversified (i.e. propane, natural gas, specialty, etc.) services. Position assists callers with their telephone inquiries by answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing/receiving information and involves spending extensive time multi-tasking on a computer and telephone.
