Job description:
 

• Take beverage orders from guests and servers on the Walkup window.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Restaurant’s standard drink recipes.
• Learns the names and personally recognize our regulars.
• Record drink orders accurately and immediately after receipt into the register system.
• Accept guest payment, process credit card charges, and make changes (if applicable). ▪ Wash and sterilize glassware.
• Prepare garnishes for coffee drinks, shakes, and replenish snacks, appetizers for bar patrons.
• Maintains bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages. 
• Present drink menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

• Serve  – Prepare hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, blended coffee, and tea, to customers while correctly customizing orders. Prepare and serve food and baked goods, including sandwiches, biscotti, muffins, and bagels.
• Sell – Work with the customer by describing the details of the product and answer any questions they may have, such as dietary needs or known allergies.
• Clean and stock - Determine that all workstations are stocked with products needed.  Clean and sanitize all work areas and customer-seating areas. 

Lilly's on the Lake is a Caribbean beach front restaurant in the historic district of Clermont Florida. We are located between the downtown Public Park and the public boat launch.
