Business Loan Broker

Alfa Pride Financial is expanding its Business Funding Division and is actively recruiting Independent Business Loan Brokers to generate, structure, and close funding deals nationwide.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role designed for self-driven professionals who want access to a deep lender network, strong underwriting support, and a clear path to earning on every funded deal without volume quotas.

If you are motivated by flexibility, uncapped income, and the ability to offer clients real funding solutions across multiple products, this role is built for you.

What You Will Do
As an Independent Business Loan Broker, you will manage the full deal lifecycle:

• Prospect and engage small business owners nationwide
• Conduct discovery calls and funding needs assessments
• Package deals and collect required documentation
• Work with in-house underwriting and lending partners to place deals
• Present funding options and close clients
• Maintain relationships with funded clients for repeat opportunities
• This is an end-to-end role, not referral-only.

Funding Products You Can Offer

You will have access to all funding programs available through our lending partners, including but not limited to:

• Working capital and revenue-based financing
• Business lines of credit
• Short- and long-term loans
• SBA loan programs
• Equipment financing
• Commercial real estate financing
• Startup and alternative funding solutions
• You are not limited to a single product or lender.

Compensation

• Highly competitive commission structure designed to grow with you.

• Commission payments typically issued within 24–48 hours after funding for fast-turnaround products
• Longer-term products pay commissions upon funding based on lender timelines

Lead Flow, Training, and Support

We are not a “sink or swim” shop.

You will receive:

• Company-provided leads to supplement self-generated business
• In-house underwriting and deal structuring support
• Direct access to external lender partners
• Formal onboarding and product training
• Ongoing coaching and deal support
• Sales scripts, email templates, product brochures, and flyers
• CRM access is not provided. Brokers may use their own systems.
