Job Description:
One of our client is seeking a Business Analyst to work on a Digital Transformation project.
Responsibilities:
Execute various business activities to support efficient day to day business operations
Proven record as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environment.
Familiarity with Scrum principles & ability to conduct Agile ceremonies – Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Demo, Retrospective to support the project & Dev teams.
Excellent communications skills: written, verbal, presentation,
Ability to wear multiple hats – contribute as a Business Analyst to gather requirements from business teams, convert them to User Stories in Rally and track with Development team for execution & implementation.
Ability to conduct UAT & give demo to business teams to take feedback on behalf of Dev Team.
Create diagrams for business processes, data flows, and application workflows. Communicate meaningfully with developers who are building systems in a variety of technologies. Coordinate with testers and developers to analyze and validate data conversions.
Create and maintain system and user documentation
