Business Analyst

Job Description:

The Robotic Process Automation Senior Analyst is a critical role in any Automation Team, responsible for working with key stakeholders from all departments to identify the best opportunities for automation. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for helping articulate the vision and value proposition to senior level clients (process and automation transformation) alongside the Engagement Lead to help increase sales/revenue targets.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience as Business Analyst..
• Bachelor/Master s degree in discipline related to functional work or role (Industrial/Process Engineering or Business Management) demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into enterprise-scale automation solution designs
• Ability to deliver pragmatic and innovative approaches that optimize processes across business strategies and technology capabilities
• Experience in producing detailed technical design documents to match the solution design specifications and advising a team of functional consultants on aspects around delivery of the architecture
• Proven attention to detail and an ability to work independently
• Certification in one or multiple RPA and/or other emerging automation/ cognitive technologies a plus.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for selling and delivery of Technology Transformation services to clients
• Articulating the vision and value proposition to senior level clients (process and automation transformation) specifically targeting clients with global business services and/or SSCs
• Building strong client relationships by delivering outstanding value through automation
• Representing our automation practice in public forums
• Addressing performance, development and deployment issues across the client(s)/portfolio(s)
• Delivering RPA solutions and being first point of contact in case of any configuration issues for the team
• Maintain project delivery schedule alongside Project Manager/Engagement Lead
• Analyze business needs and processes, providing measure of savings and ROI for replacing human tasks with bot
