Brand Ambassadors

Our brand is Rainbows and Wings (which represents harmony, unity and love) and we use all the nine colors of the rainbow in our competitions.  We are searching for brilliant and creative Brand Ambassador Leaders to support our Brand Ambassador Specialist and utilize our five point strategy to build our brand presence nationally across the United States.
 

Five Point Strategy:

• Represent our brand – abide by our policies, ethics, mission and values and represent what we represent to the best of your ability.
• Support our brand – attend webinars, conferences, seminars, retreats, events, membership contest treasure hunts and booth events to support our efforts to create a presence and engage our audience. (according to events scheduled in your area)
• Engage about the brand – use social media marketing and other creative marketing strategies to engage our audience and target markets and recruit and retain members and followers.
• Promote our brand – create marketing campaigns and promotional events to promote our brand and increase our followers, target markets and audience.
• Build our brand – utilize all of the four steps above as well as creatively and innovatively execute all efforts, plans and strategies to build our presence and our brand locally and nationally to increase our youth clientele.

Specific Requirements:

• Support the Brand Ambassador Specialist (BAS) in utilizing your own social media accounts to spread the word about our pageant system; like our pages and post frequently
• Create marketing campaigns to reach target markets across the U.S. in your area
• Support ongoing service marketing campaigns created by the BAS
• Create content for new blogs to attract new clients
• Engage youth ages 13-24 to spread the word about our unique pageant brand and recruit more contestants and members
• Create Public Service Announcements as Call to Action efforts to increase awareness of our cause for youth

Skills:

High School Diploma or AA degree

Some experience or strong interest in marketing and advertising

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Excellent presentation skills

Active presence on social media a plus

Ability to increase our social media following with engagement and activities

Ability to learn pageant system details and post competition/membership services quickly

Ability to increase website traffic by promoting our website periodically

Rainbow Universe Pageants is an inner beauty pageant system that caters to youth ages 13-24. We produce unique and innovative pageant productions as well as provide an array of youth services and programs to promote and motivate youth to excellence. Our youth contestants participate in pre-pageant workshops to prepare them for their competition and all of the attention they will be receiving as contestants.
