Bookkeeper

Job duties will include but are not limited to accounts payable and receivable, inputting payroll, job costing, monthly sales tax, and journal entries. Job duties will also consist of managing various  banking accounts, maintaining up to date records, general ledger and reconciling all accounts..
 

The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced environment. Word, Excel and QuickBooks knowledge is required. Must be able to multitask, be a fast learner, and dependable. A minimum of 3 years experience is required in the same role, a four year degree in accounting is preferred but experience may be considered as equivalent.
