Billing Specialist

In this role, you’ll get to:

• Create a positive experience for patients and their finances through preparedness and research
• Ensure open communication with the patient regarding their account and expected financial investment
• Work efficiently with our team of dental experts, and dental insurance to ensure proper reimbursement from dental insurance
• Build rapport with your team members and set them up for success.
• Manage insurance claims and ensure proper reimbursement on behalf of our patients

These are the skills you’ll bring with you:

• Knowledge of general dentistry and dental insurance
• Attention to detail
• Able to easily and quickly switch tasks
• Maintain composure under pressure
• Effectively communicate with team, patients and dental insurance
• Comfortable discussing finances with patients
• Manage patients dental claims and accounts
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of dental billing experience
• Experience utilizing DENTRIX, Excel, Word/Google Docs
