Billing Specialist  Bonita Springs, FL
Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) Temp to Perm

Length: 3 months temp to perm contract

Pay: $16.00 / HR

Shift/Hours: Mon-Fri 8 to 5 or 9 to 6 flexible
 

Responsibilities for this Billing Specialist job include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure timely and accurate billing of customer accounts to include National Account (NARP) invoices to ensure contract compliance.
• Proactively initiate customer contacts provide invoice copies, update POs, documentation and other activities required to ensure payment on past due invoices.
• Process billing adjustments and customer discrepancies with a sense of urgency.
• Proactive measures to address and bring material changes to department heads regarding financial position of customers.
• Maintain relationships with Internal and External customers to drive efficiencies in processes
• Assist in projects, process improvements, and other collection related tasks as identified by management.

Qualifications for this Billing Specialist job:

• Must have prior customer billing related experience.
• At least one-year Credit and Collection experience.
• 10-key by touch and type minimum 45 wpm
• Proficient Microsoft Excel and Word
• Professional Telephone Etiquette
• Strong sense of Urgency and Customer Focus
• Skilled in both Verbal and Written Communication Interpersonal/People Skills, for working with Colleagues and Customers
• Organizational and Time Management Skills
