The primary responsibility of the Bilingual Call Center Agent is the data collection over the phone using our propitiatory interviewing system.
SPH is looking for full-time Call Center Agents for our Duluth, GA call center that will focus on improving healthcare by collecting feedback from Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid members and providers in an inbound call center environment.

Top Performers in the call center will be able to convert a high amount of outbound calls and ensure completed surveys are done with 100% data quality. High quality work will often lead to other positions within SPH such as Quality Monitor, Quality Analyst, Project Coordinators and Data Validators.
