BI Analyst

Job Description:

• Collaborate with Business/IT executives and stake holders to prepare/ present findings and perform analysis to build BI solutions, esp. Cognitive & Predict Analytics, UI & integrate multiple BI platforms
• Keep track of new technologies and proactively identify new analytics techniques to develop differentiated analytics solutions to drive the desired business results
• Facilitate design and develop Cloud Business Intelligence solutions with state-of-the art Cognitive & Predictive Analytics rich User Interface and robust integrations to multiple BI platforms namely MicroStrategy, Tableau and Power BI.
• Design & develop actionable analytics using\ Teradata Aster, PySpark, Python, AI & ML
• Work on AWS data pipeline, Informatica ETL, HDFS, MapReduce, HBase, Scala & Apache Spark
• Analysis, design and develop BI (Business Intelligence) solutions using MicroStrategy, Tableau & Power BI tools & expertise in Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Databricks/ Cosmos DB/ Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake storage
• Use ML (Machine Learning) to build & validate predictive models, deploying completed models

Required qualifications:

Education: The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a combination of education and experience equating to the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.

Experience: This position requires 3 years of overall IT experience, with at least 2 years of project experience in the above-BI technologies with in-depth expertise in building BI applications. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels of the enterprise from executives to developers is required.
