Benefits Specialist -PT Days (PH)

Business Unit: Surf Cat Marketing & Kahuna Healthcare

* Up to 10 hrs/wk

Job Responsibilities
 

• Ensuring employees know what benefits are offered by the company.
• Answering any questions employees have about their benefits.
• Conducting presentations that educate employees about their benefits.
• Keeping up-to-date records of each employee's benefits profile.
• Conducting presentations that educate employees about their benefits.
• Coordinate benefits processing for new enrollments.
• Collaborate with payroll and ensure that employer contributions/reimbursement are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field  
• Experience in human resources and/or benefits management 
• Experience with Microsoft Office / GSuite
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong teamwork skills

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources 
• 2 years experience
