• HOW MUCH: Let's just start here, because it's what people really want to know, and we have nothing to hide. Our consultants start out at $50,000 to $60,000 per year, excluding weekly and monthly performance bonuses, with the opportunity for more if you choose to take on additional clientele.

• DOING WHAT: We work primarily with NY's union members and their families. When they request their benefits, you are the professional who will guide them into selecting the package suitable for them. And don't worry if you're not an expert now, we will train you to become one regardless of your background.

• GROWTH POTENTIAL: We pride ourselves on our wealth of growth opportunities. This is not an environment where your supervisors or managers hold you back out of fear that they might lose their own positions. This is a Jealousy-Free zone. Promotions are available as soon as 3 months in, with substantial increases in earning potential.

• WHAT'S THE CATCH: In this position you will be dealing with all types of people from all different cultures and backgrounds. You must have compassion and empathy for people's situations. You must exercise discretion since you will be handling very sensitive financial and medical information. But if those things are not a problem, and you have no issue with putting in some hard work for a great cause, then you may be a great fit for our company.
