Sunny Days of California, Inc.Is a nationwide provider of home-based early intervention services for Children birth - 3 years old. We provide a full range of services, including infant education, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA therapy. Our team members are provided with the on-going training and support that they need to continue to be leaders in the field.
We are looking for Behavior Specialists as part-time employees (29 hours a week). We have opportunities throughout Imperial County. The prime time hours are Monday through Friday from 12 pm to 6 pm- having this availability is a PLUS!
Behavior Specialist:
Eligible candidates will have completed their Bachelor's degree OR are currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Psychology, Social Work, Education or related field. Knowledge of Behavior Modification principles and experience in ABA, specifically DTT, PRT, and Verbal Behavior are preferred but we will train the right candidate. The ideal candidate would be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified or in the process of obtaining it.

Sunny Days is an early intervention provider serving children with developmental needs from birth to three years of age. Our services are provided in natural environments, wherever children and families typically find themselves: home, child care environments or other community locations (parks, playgrounds, shopping centers, etc.). We provide a full range of services: physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, psychological services and Special Instruction services. We tailor these services to specifically target each child's needs with an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP). Our practitioners' design intervention strategies that are built around a family's daily routines and activities. Depending upon location, Sunny Days can provide all necessary services, including initial evaluations (to determine eligibility) and all IFSP authorized services, to individuals of all developmental levels ages 0-3.
