Part-Time BCBA/LBA for home-based services. 4 hours of direct service, 1 hour of supervision
Mon & Wed 4:30pm-6:00pm; Thurs 4:30pm-6:30pm

Your Impact Here at MBC
Supervise ABA providers to ensure correct implementation of programs and behavior management tactics
Maintain contact with parents in a positive and professional manner, ensuring timely responses to all caregiver questions and/or concerns
Observe on a monthly basis (center and/or home based)
Conduct assessments and develop programs
Write progress reports and IEP goals
Review program book on a weekly basis (monitor and analyze data, revise instructional tactics as needed, add short-term objectives as needed, implement new programming)
Develop behavior plans as needed
Create, prepare, and organize teaching materials for client
Participate in IEP meetings and/or hearings as needed
Collaborate with related service providers and/or the clients classroom providers to ensure consistency
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related human services field
BCBA and NYS LBA
Experience working in a home-based environment preferred
Must be able to work independently and maintain a professional yet friendly demeanor when working in the home and clinic
Must have a compatible device (iPad, Laptop etc.) to use for electronic notes
