Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst

Merakey is currently seeking a BCaBA or BCBA to join our IDD division in our Enhanced Behavior Support Homes (EBSH) program in Escondido, CA. The position follows a schedule of up to 20 hours per week maximum hours. 
 

POSITION DETAILS 

• The BCaBA primarily provides the required Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision to staff on an ongoing basis as assigned.
• This position may also, under the supervision of a Qualified Behavior Modification Professional/BCBA be responsible for efficient and appropriate individual behavior support activities, as assigned or identified as appropriate.
• BCaBA minimum certification required.
• Prefer a BCBA certification with a master degree in a related field.
• Minimal education required is a Bachelor Degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a residential setting. 
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians(RBT) is required.
• Must have a valid drivers license & prefer reliable transportation.
• Travel may be needed.
