Job Description:

Hardworking baristas with previous food service and coffee shop experience. Starting pay for baristas includes $8 per hour plus tips, which range from $1.50 - $2.00 per hour. We are looking for individuals interested in working 30-35 hours per week across our coffee shops in Macon, Georgia. We have mid week and weekend positions available.

Z Beans Coffee is a direct trade coffee importer that specializes in Ecuadorian coffee. Currently, we have three coffee shops in Macon, Georgia. We are committed to the betterment of not only the hard working farmers we partner with in Ecuador but our baristas who work with us.
