Location : Fort Worth, Dallas
Summary:
As a Azure Architect, you are responsible for providing technical leadership to medium size/complexity/order-value enterprise scale projects/solutions. You are expected have depth of knowledge of specified multiple technological areas, which includes knowledge of applicable processes, methodologies, standards, products and frameworks. You would be responsible for defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements, preparing estimates and defining technical solutions to proposals (RFPs). You should provide technical leadership to project team(s) to perform design to deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical issuesHands on experience in deploying/support Kubernetes (on any public cloud or on-prem) for a large scale enterprise. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in defining and implementing cloud/Azure based large solutions. Analyzing and identifying applications for cloud assessment and fitment, mapping workloads across IaaS, PaaS and private clouds. Experience in implementing and configuring/re-platforming large database solutions in Azure using SQL Server and Oracle. Experience in implementing hybrid connectivity between Azure and on premise using virtual networks, VPN and Express Route. Experience in configuring subnets and NSGs in Virtual Networks Experience in configuring RBAC for Azure Resource Groups Experience in configuring custom tags for Azure Resource Essential Job Duties:*

• Participates in Solution Hubs as a technical consultant
• Creates technical content for sales enablement and marketing
• Attend supplier and partner conferences as needed
• Escalation for presales technical questions
• Consult with customers directly to create solutions
• Ability to become familiar with new technologies quickly
• Research different technologies to be incorporated into solutions
• Other duties as assigned

Key Skills • Recent Azure IoT Edge Runtime and Azure IoT Hub experience required 
• C#/.Net Core, minimum 2 years of recent experience 
• At least 4 years total development experience • Message/Event Based processing, such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Event Hub, Stream Analytics 
• Document DB Experience, Cosmos DB preferred 
• JSON experience • Relational DB Experience, Azure SQL or SQL Server preferred. 
• 2+ years Linux OS experience, Red Hat preferred 
• PowerShell scripting knowledge • Docker 
• Good communication skills, written and verbal 
• Ability to analyze and document designs in fulfillment of technical or business requirements • Git source control 
Nice to Have 
• Power BI experience 
• Azure Data Factory, SSIS, similar ETL experience 
• CQRS, Microservices Knowledge/Experience 
• Front End development skills,
