Automotive Service Advisor Writer

We are seeking a Service Advisor/Writer/or Dispatcher who is a strong self-starter with an outgoing personality.....

Previous dealership experience is a PLUS but not necessary.

Several Positions open such as:

Sales, Lube Tech, Body Shop techs, Drivers, Call Center and Detailers...

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers promptly at the service drive
• Promptly obtaining customer and vehicle information
• Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Working with Techs and determining and recommending needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Follow up with customers Monitor vehicles progress throughout the day Maintain high customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Customer Service skills
• Outstanding in sales and follow through
• Previous Service Writer Experience
• Self-motivated and organized
• Valid driver's license is a must!
