Handling technical communications and understanding the customers' systems
Setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms, such as Desktop and Web, and building test scenarios and acceptance tests for both Legacy and Next Gen Apps
Investigating customer problems referred to you by the technical support team, testing defects, and creating and managing defect reports
Eliminating defects and errors with product and software development
Managing the final quality on non-prod and production release
Researching test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrading existing practices and processes
Exploring and implementing new ways of automating systems
