Job Description:

Must demonstrate knowledge of students' development delays.
Required to collect behavior and academic data. Required to follow and implement behavior intervention plans (BIP).
Required to assist in toilet training and other self help skills.
Must be able to comply with the job description.
Must have basic computer skills to utilize both CIU-20 computer-based and web-based programs.

The qualification for an Associate Teacher position is two years of college or 48 credits or passing acceptable IU 20 assessment to become highly qualified.

Individuals who do not have two years of college or 48 college credits may become highly qualified by taking our local assessment. A preparation booklet is available to help you review the content of the assessment and prepare for the test.
