Our Product Team is responsible for developing new products and improving the profitability and performance of existing products. We are responsible for product planning, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, roadmap and working closely with UX and engineering to deliver winning products. We ensure that product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.

We are looking for an ASSOCIATE LOCALIZATION PROJECT MANAGER who has a passion for localization and will play an instrumental role in managing localization for BOLD’s international sites.
Manage localization of BOLD’s international sites
Collaborate with developers to identify and prepare source files for localization and flag internationalization issues
Perform functional and linguistic localization QA
Act as a liaison between internal cross-functional teams and the LSP
Spearhead creation of style guides/glossaries
Manage monthly LSP billing summary and invoice review
Work with external contractors to optimize international websites
1-2 years of localization project management experience
Experience with web and software localization
Experience using CAT tools
A. in Translation and Localization Management or related field
Native or near-native in English and at least one additional language
Excellent verbal/written communication and analytical skills and the ability to work well within a diverse, geographically distributed, multicultural environment
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Flexibility to respond to constantly changing requirements in an agile work environment
Experience working with remote teams is a plus
Familiarity with the career and recruiting space is a plus
