Immediate Opening: Assistant Superintendent - Traveling Position in Florida

We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join our team for a traveling position in Florida. The base pay for this role ranges from $50,000 to $65,000, depending on experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with some knowledge of apartment and/or stick-framing apartment buildings.

Basic knowledge of framing, concrete, MEPs, drywall, painting, roofing, and the punchout process.

Experience with carpentry and the ability to read tape and level.

Implementation of quality control programs provided by the General Contractor (GC).

Ability to follow directions from project superintendents and upper management.

Team player with a positive attitude, who is organized, neat, and professional.

Computer knowledge, particularly in the use of Excel, Word, and Procore.

OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain it within 6 months of employment.

MEWP and forklift certifications will be provided if needed by the GC.

Willingness to work 40+ hours per week, with Saturday availability based on project requirements.

Job Details:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule: 10-hour, 12-hour, or 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability.
