Cork Wine Bar and Market is looking for an experienced Assistant Pastry Chef to assist the Executive Chef in overseeing the dessert, pastry and bakery programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry culinary arts with five years of experience in a fine dining or an equivalent program. This is a unique opportunity for an individual to both manage the pastry program of a multiple-award-winning rustic, neighborhood restaurant along with its retail market. We love hard work, innovation, and creativity that adheres to the elements of simplicity.
