Assistant Nursing Home Administrator

Currenlty seeking a well qualified Assistant Nursing Home Administrator .

The ANHA will be responsible for the following duties:
Manages the overall operations of Continuing Care while meeting, or exceeding, federal, state, and local, regulations and the facility’s quality and service standard.
Ensures continued licensure and certification of Continuing Care.
Manages occupancy development of Continuing Care; actively markets the continuum of care by networking in the community with residents, families, discharge planners, social service workers, local business organizations and other referral sources.

Requirements:
 

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in business or health care field from accredited college or university
• Must have completed one full year of the Administrator In Training (AIT) program OR have previous experience as an Assistant Administrator
• Must have an active State license in good standing as a Nursing Home Administrator in MD
