Assistant Controller

 

Leading provider of integrated security solutions including risk assessments, security personnel, screening services and cash management services is seeking an Assistant Controller with strong analytical, technology, communication and organizational skills.

Requirements:

• This position would prefer at least 3 to 5 years' experience in accounting or finance
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Duties include:

• Preparing and consolidating financial statements
• Establishing and maintaining internal controls
• Managing all aspects of general ledger
• Providing weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end analyses and reports
• Coordinating and assisting with the budget process
• Supervising accounts payable, accounts receivable and general accounting
• This position will require bookkeeping responsibilities as well
• Flexibility of job duties is a requirement
