Assistant Coach

Job Description

This position is responsible for serving as Assistant Coach for the Men's Football team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Offensive Coordinator
• Position Coach (as assigned by Head Coach)
• Scholarship evaluation
• Recruit evaluation
• Recruiting
• Game planning
• Practice planning
• Academic coordinator/Advisor
• Player evaluation
• Opponent film break-down/Tendencies
• Recruit information organizer (including mailings to recruits)
• Fundraising duties
• DVS systems operator

Qualifications

• Knowledge, skills and abilities required in the area of collegiate athletes, specifically Men's Football.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and work with divers populations.
• Excellent computer skills required, including knowledge of database management, email and mail merge programs.
• Good presentation skills required.

Education: A Bachelor's degree is required in a related field of areas of employment. Additionally, 3 years of college coaching experience is required. Demonstrated collegiate success as an Offensive Coordinator or a Head Coach.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
